HR IM Consultant
Location- Bangalore
Plans and directs the establishment and ongoing administration of Human Resources Information Systems to support short and long range Human Resources goals. Responsible for developing and implementing global HR systems policies and programs which support company objectives and local practices. Provides HR and management with ongoing consultation and develops processes and tools which facilitate the administration of quality and timely data.
· Provides HR systems expertise and knowledge of IT initiatives and capabilities in recommending new systems or system improvements.
· Functions as internal consultant to HR service owners to deliver process improvement tools, methodologies and effective facilitation tools.
· Must be knowledgeable of industry trends and new methods in information systems and HR as well as business processes.
· Provides analysis and recommendations to business users and customers.
· Oversees the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports, and policies and procedures for internal use.
Manages relationships with software and hardware vendors, and ensures the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
· Ensure HR systems in production are adequately supported, working closely with IT to minimize system downtime and resolution of systems issues in a timely manner.
· Often consults with other management in developing company-wide use of HR systems and reporting functions.
May manage specific HR information functions including: Reporting and Data analysis or Web design.
· Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
· Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners.
B.Tech/MBA with 8+ years of experience
