We are looking for an  IIT BTech fresh graduate to be groomed to a managerial position. We are small 3 yr old company  in the technology industry providing technology consulting and services to clients worldwide.
You would be groomed to handle / oversee various roles including but not limited to project management, business analyst role, consulting, people sourcing, finance, marketing, general adminstration, et al.
You will be responsible for setting up various processes in the organization and collaborate on the company's strategy.
Since we are still small and agile company we are looking at folks with a leadership potential who can grow along with us.
You should have demonstrated skills in managing and organizing things and people apart from having a very good grip on understanding technology.
Ideal canditate would not only be tech savvy but also have a keen sense and interest in business, people and strategy - with an 'Entrepreneural mindset'.Â
