Job Responsibilities * To own the client problem and solve it with great client satisfaction * Designing solutions to client problems and executing them with the help of a team * Writing proposals in Word or PowerPoint * Lead a team of associates and help them learn, deliver and grow into managers * Quality of the deliverable * Training Prerequisites

*~3 years in the hands-on practice of business research, analysis, and/or management consulting * MBA in marketing or general management. * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a quantitative field (statistics, econometrics, math or applied math, physics). * Excellent communication skills verbal and written * Ability to work well in teams and with clients * Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks You will get an opportunity to work on complex business problems for Fortune 1000 clients across the globe and work with some of the best teams (People from IIT, IIMs, Symbi, and from various consulting firms) in this business.
