I have consulting opportunities with a Fortune 50 client.
The primary objective of my client is to solution and sell strategy and transformational change engagements in growth markets: China, the ASEAN countries, Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Russia, Central Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
The incumbent should have sales acumen and the work will performed predominantly at the client site.
Following are the open positions and potential candidates can apply for either of them.
1) Business Strategy – Work on global strategy engagements across business and other competencies.Manage strategic knowledge management function for business success.Strategy Development across product categories and industries.Device Go-To -Market Strategies for various clients
2) Operations Strategy – Strategic Profit Improvement (SPI): Aligns the client’s value chain with its strategic and profitability objectives, assisting clients in identifying and delivering a step-change in financial and operational performance. Provides a flexible framework to create sustainable profit improvements
3) Change Management – Better Change TM: An integrated organizational change framework of the client that provides a proven method, and associated tools and templates to drive organizational change management.Cleint would look forward to experience in is looking for people across levels with prior relevant experience in all or most of the following areas of organization change management - communications, stakeholder management, training, organization design and governance and culture transformation.
Experience : 7 - 20 years
