Position: Business Analyst

Location: Chennai

Timings: 3PM to 1AM IST

Job Summary: We are looking for a quantitatively driven business analyst for our Reporting Services division. Candidate should be able to analyze, evaluate, measure and report on client business efforts.

Ideal Candidate would have strong analytical skills, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis and reporting. Hands-on experience with data analysis tools would be an added advantage. The candidate would be required to communicate actively within teams and with clients across the Globe. Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ability/will to learn and coordinate/partner with groups across geographical boundaries would be critical.

Requirements:
Advanced degree (MS /MBA) from a Tier I college preferably with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from IIT or other premier engineering colleges
Experience in using statistical analysis that directly supports revenue generating marketing or other business initiatives
Experience with a broad range of analytical processes
Strong excel skills

Comfortable working in a startup environment
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Strong data analysis skills are essential
Candidate should have an eye for detail as this job requires handling customer contact data where accuracy is the key feature
