Job Title: Corporate Strategy Consultant

Key Responsibilities:   

This position will be engaged in business analysis and strategy projects at the corporate level at American Express. Responsibilities will include generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks, conducting research using innovative methods, conceptualizing and communicating strategic solutions which will be presented to CEO, CFO and senior management. Specifically, the position will look at topics such as the impact of acquisition strategies, determinants of shareholder valuations or optimizing investment allocations. She/he will conduct research and provide insights on AXP competitors.

Required Qualifications   

1. Strong presentation and communications skills.
2. Consulting background strongly preferred
3. Post Graduate from top 10 Indian/International Business Schools
4. Work experience 1-3 years
5. Advanced quantitative analytics (e.g. regression analysis, discriminant analysis)
6. Ability to translate theory and hypotheses into actionable strategies that can be used to drive change in the business
7. Strong financial modeling skills
8. Willingness to work in shifts partially overlapping with the NY-team
