Present in Bangalore to start with, Mercuri Urval has an ambitious growth plan for India.


To enjoy success at Mercuri Urval, you will have the practical experience and natural ability to build trust and credibility at the senior management level. You will also be able to understand your clients’ business priorities to help them align their people capabilities. As we are a young organisation, you will contribute to our activities relating to client acquisition and development. The focus of your work – sector, profile and functional areas – will partly be determined by your experience, but we are mostly interested in who you are and your capacity for growth.


Your profile

Being an operational manager right now you realize that even the best ideas, business plans and strategies are nearly nothing without the right people. You know also how challenging it is to hire, develop and retain high performing teams to achieve right goals. So, why not focus your skills, energy and learning from experiences into people capability development? You like to work in an open, team oriented environment where initiatives are encouraged. You are also interested in working in multicultural environments, be it with colleagues or with our clients (Indian, MNCs and International organisations)


You will be trained in our methods and tools, in India and abroad.


To qualify, you should have a minimum of a post graduate degree, 7 or more years in business management either in industry or service, with a good insight of human capital management. Excellence in the English language is a must.
