Experience : 7 - 12 Years Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Rupees 8,00,000 - 18,00,000 Education : UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization PG - M.Tech - Any Specialization Industry Type : IT-Software/ Software Services Functional Area : Application Programming, Maintenance Job Description As a Senior member of the Technology Architecture Group, your KRA would include: Do Architecture, Design and Consulting including High Level Design/Low Level Design Architecture Governance, Enterprise architecture and technology strategy. Work on productivity improvement initiatives such as frameworks, components, automation, code generators, etc. Develop Standards, Guidelines and Best Practices for Architecture, Design and Development Performance Engineering and Security practices Product Tool/Evaluation and recommendation Proof of Concept, Prototypes for latest technologies / tools The tasks that an Architect is responsible for include, but is not limited to: • To breakdown the requirements into an architecture description such level that it can serve as input for a detailed design. • To be able to communicate architecture description to designer and developer. • Design, estimate and develop applications which include server side as well as client side coding. • Working with Professional Service and Support groups for trouble-shooting customer issues, providing resolutions to customers, and ensuring that the solutions are productized. • Working with Release Managers to ensuring execution of projects is on schedule . Desired Candidate Profile You must be BTech-IIT/REC ONLY with 7-10yrs experience in a reputed IT company with last few years in development of scalable enterprise application using .NET technology stack. Most suitable candidates would be from product development companies and Internet Product companies including STARTUPS. CANDIDATES PURELY INTO TECHNOLOGY WILL BE CONSIDERED. Candidates in PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ROLE will not be Considered for this role. • Experience in creating High Level System Architecture and Design. • Experience in ASP.Net, C#, XML, XSL, SQL Server • Experience with SEO(Search Engine Optimization), SEM(Search Engine Marketing), Internet Marketing is a HIGHLY PREFERRED. • Exposure to all phases of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies • Has the ability to define system architecture and APIs • Experience of working closely with other business units like Customer Support, Quality Assurance • Experience of handling small development teams, along with being an individual contributor .
