Job Title:
   Engineer/Senior Engineer/Lead – Construction (Civil)

Location:
   Construction site-Barmer
Primary Responsibilities:
   * Strong understanding of Civil design aspects related to construction of Process terminals & related Infrastructure.
   * Managing civil works executed by Contractor
   * Conduct Field Engineering as required to effective execution of work
   * Day to day coordination of construction, monitoring the execution and making necessary action plans.
   * Co-ordination with interfacing discipline
   * Ensuring quality control in the job execution at sites along with prevention of wastage.
   * Ensuring effective compliance to HSE requirements of the Company by the Contractor.
   * Maintaining, updating and monitoring the records of drawing specifications, communication and documentation
   * Preparation and follow-up of ‘Look Ahead’ schedules in consultation with the reporting manager.
Skills / Experience Required:
Education: BE Civil
Experience: 5 – 15 years experience in the Civil Engineering discipline in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or allied industries.
Knowledge in:
   * Reading Engineering drawings, Auto CAD, Bar Charts, Civil codes & Standards.
   * Civil and structural works related to Tankages, Piperacks, Buildings, Roads, etc.,
   * Anticipation of work site related issues and resolution thereof.
   * Quantity Survey & Certification
Desirable skills and attributes:
   * Basic computer usage
   * Group dynamics, team building and team motivation
   * Resourcefulness, Problem analyzing and resolving attitude
   * A Positive Attitude
   * Coordinating & organizing, Interpersonal relations, Time Management
   * Interfacing with various contractors and vendors.
   * Sharp and incisive analysis and auditing abilities
   * Leadership, and conflict resolution skills
