Organization: Synopsys India Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting or debugging software programs.

Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and internet-related tools, etc.

Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.

Expected to identify classical solutions to problems with little guidance, and implement these independently.

Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Proficient in one specific technical area.

Works primarily with manager and other engineers across teams. BS in CS/EE with 0-3 years of relevant experience or MS with 0-2+ years of experience in programming software for operating systems, utilizing machine assembly and/or job control languages, and working knowledge of software capabilities.

The individual should have experience on development of complex software projects, familiarity with C/C++ coding, and a strong background in data structures and algorithms.

It is essential that the individual has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and are able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills.
