SOFTWARE ENGINEERS/LEADS
NOTE: Should be available at Bangalore on 29th Aug 2009 - Saturday
SKILL / EXPERIENCE: Strong Analytical and Design skills are key to the role.
Strong communication skills, Ability to learn quickly and be a self driver,
being a team-player and working as part of the global team is extremely
important.
Career development and mentoring of other junior technical members are part
of the role.
* C++ : 1.8 - 5 years [Candidate should be an engineering grad from an
IIT, REC or BITS]
Skills: C++ on Unix/Linux (If candidate is very good in C++, Windows is also
fine)
Object Oriented Programming, Multithreading, Scripting Language (Shell or
Perl Script) , ,
Exposure to any database would be good to have
Java : 2 - 5 years [Candidate should be an engineering grad from an IIT,
REC or BITS]
Skills: Core JAVA ( JDBC, Multi-Threading ,collections is a must ) , J2EE
(JSP , Servelets) , Data Structures.
Unix OS preferred ( not a mandate )
Database experience is essential.
C#.Net : 2.5 - 5 years [Candidate should be an engineering grad from an IIT,
REC or BITS]
Skills: Strong development experience in C#.net (Winforms is preferred , no
a mandate)
Domain is not a constraint. Telecom/Networking/Supply Chain/Health Care etc.
are fine.
OOPs concepts/Algorithms/Data Structure understanding has to be strong
Qualification
B.E only, however we will consider M.Tech’s from IIT / IIIT provided their
B.E is from a premier institute
Candidates from tier 1 and tier 2 companies only
