Job Description.

Cloud computing has been called the "next big thing", and while others are talking about how great cloud computing is going to be,
we're doing it today. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Company delivers a market leading customer experience for
cloud-based personal information management. You will be on the frontlines of defining this emerging space and delivering a world-class customer
experience direct to end-users and through some of the largest telecom service providers in the world.

You will work closely with your colleagues
in Seattle, WA to distill the key market requirements and drive them into the engineering team (Program Management, Development and Test) to ensure we have a market ready service. Specific responsibilities include:

- Work with colleagues across geographic locations to distill
market requirements for a consumer online service

- Author a Market Opportunity Analysis (MOA) that crisply outlines
market opportunities, competitive analysis, partner trends and end-user
insights

- Author a Market Requirements Document that crisply outlines the
key scenario priorities based on the Market Opportunity Analysis

- Develop partner ready marketing documents (based on the release
Plan of Record) that effectively communicates the value proposition, release
positioning, end-user segmentation, and end-user objection/lever analysis

- Maintain a view of the competitive landscape

- Build strong internal relationships with technology and
development teams in Bangalore

- Ensure that all programs meet Company's high standards for
execution, quality, and customer experience

Requirements:

- 3 years minimum experience as a Product Manager (preferably with
an online consumer subscription service)

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English

- Must be highly motivated, possess a strong passion for
technology, be self-sufficient, and be able to operate effectively under
tight deadlines without close supervision

- Should have ability to work effectively with a variety of people
ranging from engineering team members to customers to our partners

- Should have strong project management skills

- Customer focus - passion for customers and unflinching desire to
always do what's right for them

- Team player - inspires trust, leads by example and contributes to
others' success.

- Experience marketing subscription services a plus

- Experience working with wireless carriers a plus

- Some business travel required
