to make sure the mFino product line is as rock solid as our customers expect

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery and quality ownership of products

(including coordination of testing activities - QC & QA).

• Develop test cases based on defined business/functional specifications

with executing test cases and concisely report the testing progress.

• Perform integration, functionality, system, regression, load and acceptance testing using

manual methods and testing tools and maintain defect information in defect tracking system.

• Working closely with development engineer to reproduce, analyze and debug internal test

failures as well as customer found defects.

• Learn quickly and be held accountable for a testable object including development and creation

of test cases, test data, test execution plan, defect management/issues resolution and deployment

of testable object to the next phase of test.

• Coordinate appropriate test environments and perform business and functional requirements verification.

 Develop functional test scenarios & automation test scripts.

• Communicate both through written and verbal avenues to various levels of the organizational structure

 including business and technical teams, demonstrated ability to use these avenues to resolve issues.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in testing with diversified exposure in both manual and automated testing

• Total exposure and experience in every phase of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in testing web 2.0 and enterprise mobile applications for software company

• Experience with all phases and stages of software testing

• Experience with Web GUI functional test automation tools such as Selenium/QTP/Test Director

 and Mobile device testing a plus.

• Ability to manage and complete multiple QA projects and complex tasks in fast pace agile development environment.

• Strong written/verbal/communication skills, excellent listening skills, and a strong work ethic

• 2-4 years of experience as a member of QA team in product Development Company.

Education:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or MBA (Information Systems) from premier Institutes preferred.
