Given the stock research-driven approach of the company, our analysts need reliable, flexible and customizable applications which will:

1. Assist them in running comprehensive tests, including mathematical models and business strategies, on historical data

2. Access, update and maintain in-house Reference and Market data for securities across 45 markets

3. Generate periodic and ad-hoc customizable reports and dashboards related to our portfolios, clients, marketing effort and regulatory compliance, among other things. The in-house Information Technology division of the company, as a part of multi-year program, is developing a suite of applications that will cater to the diverse needs and requirements of our research department, as well as the trading, client service, marketing and regulatory compliance teams based in our Chicago and Bangalore offices. The entire software applications will be designed, implemented and, tested by the in-house IT team. As such, we are looking for professionals with not only exceptional programming skills but also with a good appetite for understanding business requirements, as well as the ability to translate and develop those requirements into feasible and robust technical solutions.

Designation: Software Developer Job requirements include but are not limited to:

1. Gathering requirements, and creating functional and technical specifications

2. Application development and testing

3. Taking the lead in systems integration and maintenance as well as in resolving system and performance related issues

4. Developing operational procedures and documentation for systems.

Key Requirements

1. Experience : 1-4 Years (Preferably in the Financial Domain)

2. Graduated from a Top-Tier Engineering college in India

3. Key Skills : C#, .NET, SQL Server

4. Please note that the role may require individuals to travel to the US for training or requirements gathering
