Company: it is an US based financial service industry Job description The developer would be expected to maintain and in some cases migrate courses from older formatted to current-format courseware (AS2 to AS3). Work includes editing and creating edits of text, graphic, video, and audio types. MAJOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and edit content across eLearning courses using tools such as Flash, lectora, captivate and other such multimedia tools.

• Create graphic elements on user interface of various training course materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Modify various interactivities across various eLearning courses with Flash Action scripting.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS / CONTACTS:

• Work directly with onshore partners to obtain information on projects & specific instructions for making updates on plan documents.

• Work individually as well as a team as required on various projects.

• Work with peers & internal QC/audit teams as per the process work-flow.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation/Post Graduation preferably in any fine arts discipline

• Any diploma or Certificate course from an institution such as Aptech, Arena Multimedia, Edit, etc. would be required. Bachelor’ degree (in any literary discipline like Arts & communications)

• Minimum of 2 years of core Flash development (including Action Scripting) experience

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working directly with Americans

• Based out of the Bangalore office with zero travel

• Shift timings would be 1pm to 10pm IST and may vary a bit as per business needs.
