We are looking for AVP - Product leader role.

Role and responsibilities The Product leader is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with design teams, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product leader's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals

• Create and institutionalize a framework for development with keen understanding of business processes and the ability to assimilate learning from different client interactions, diagnostic experiences, external breathing and internal research to sharpen the....

• Collaborate with personnel of different disciplines and skill levels and work with the different practice teams to brainstorm and problem solve to facilitate development and then provide a roadmap and goals for all teams to further refine the product

• Program managing the different throughout development and refinement, Plan and control internal and external interventions as required

• Create a network of external experts creating virtual practice group and tap into their skill and experience to aide refinement

• Analyze Market Trends, Research and Update on latest solution offering

We are looking for M.B.A with atleast 7 yrs of exp in Product development, Product management with a good understanding of

 Ability to derive a compelling customer value proposition based on a synthesis of existing organization capabilities.

 Benchmark best-in-class solutions and identify development efforts required to build a marketable solution.

 Strong project management skills to coordinate development efforts and interface with other Genpact teams/ external parties.
