Description:-
To recommend short and long terms plans and strategies for business controls
Understanding departmental risk assessment activities. Assist processes in determination of appropriate process, policies or procedures to be used. Help processes identify the inherent risk and put controls in place to address gaps keeping in mind CE and process effectiveness.
Act as a business controls consultant for GFS on all controls related issues/gaps and help address
Co-ordinate process audits in compliance with global policies & procedures
Regular control reviews with management to present potential control issues and proactively identify action plan
Recommend system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness as an output of system/process audits
Ensure GFS record retention is in line with global record retention policy
Work with the management team on MRL's and its disclosures. Work with regional BCM's to ensure that GFS India business controls are kept in loop in all MRL disclosures
Ensure all MAP's are reviewed and closed appropriately by operations
Evaluate the business continuity and disaster recovery plans for highly critical process
Requirements:
CA / ICWA / MBA - Finance with 7 - 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in Business Controls is mandatory
Excellent communication & presentation skills
