Role: Technical Writer - - Location: Pune and Noida (INDIA) Experience : 3-6 years Required Experience: Ability to write and speak clearly, concisely and in grammatically correct English, preferably aware of American usage. Knowledge and usage of industry standard style guides Knowledge of version maintenance.
Experience in below mentioned tools: Flare 3.0 FrameMaker 7.2 Robo Help Screen Capture Job Description: Writing user guides, installation guides, online helps, context sensitive helps, release notes and other technical documentation Self and peer-review of technical documents Create illustrations for documents and presentations Work with screen capture utilities and create screen shots for multiple use. Defining styles, templates and writing guidelines Fixing documentation errors and bugs and troubleshooting issues related to tools and styles Ability to independently handle assignments as individual contributor and confidently interact with overseas clients Flexibility to work to meet stringent deadlines, fix documentation issues, and deliver defect free documentation Ability to mentor and train peers and juniors on documentation standard.
