Reporting Manager: Senior/Lead Consultant

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary

Reporting to a Senior Consultant, the Project Consultant performs works on Strategy

development and/or Execution Projects of Supply Chain Optimization, Logistics Engineering,

Transport Optimization and Factory Automation

Project Consultant is the key for the project execution at an operational level. Common

responsibilities include strategic operations analysis, scanning business processes, identifying

performance trends, bottlenecks, data analysis, data mining, preparation of white papers,reports,

and the project management and roll out implementation of solutions on ground

We want people who are able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and

conceive more innovative solutions for our client’s .The individual will be responsible for working

closely with clients to develop actionable insights and results.

The individual will also work with the leadership team of ThinkLink in Knowledge development,

Capability Building and Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Strategy and Execution of Supply Chain Management and Logistics assignments

such as

 Supply Chain Optimization

 Supply Chain Strategy

 Infrastructure Feasibility Studies (Brown Field /Green Field)

 Facility Layout and Engineering (Logistics Parks, DC’s, Cold Chain, FTWZ)

 Transport Network Design , Planning and Management

 Logistics Optimization

 Supply Chain Benchmarking

 Factory and Logistics Automation

 Distribution Network Modeling

 Integrated Material Handling Solution and Re-Engineering

 Green Supply Chain and Logistics

Education Requirements

 Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IIT,IT-BHU,DCE,BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges

only)

 MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)

 Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)

Experience Requirements

 2-4 years of prior experience of working in Supply Chain/ Logistics domain

 Experience in a Supply Chain Consulting environment a definite plus.
