The incumbent should be a pass out from IIT with an MBA from any of the premier business schools. Currently should be leading a business with exposure to handling P&L in a sales and marketing driven environment. Looking at candidates with about 12-18 years of post Engineering experience. Ideally candidates from FMCG,Consumer electronics,Services , Telecom, Retail would be preferred.
