Job Description:

1. To teach and motivate class XIth, XIIth students for IITJEE and Medical entrance examination

2. He/She will be responsible to mentor a bunch of students (allotted to him) throughout the session regarding their psychological and emotional needs

3. He/She may be involved in managing various activities like marketing, HR, Operations or carrying out new initiatives

Qualification/Experience:

1. He/She must be a B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD/MSc from a reputed college (IITs/NITs)

2. He/She must have a good academic record throughout the academic career

3. He/She can be a fresher of IITs/NITs but must be at least 2-3 years experienced other wise

Remuneration:

1. CTC 6.5 lpa for IIT fresher, 4.0 lpa for NIT fresher

2. CTC 8.0 - 9.0 lpa for experienced faculties (1.5 plus experience)

3. CTC 11-12 lpa for experience more than 3 years
