Principal responsibilities:
Working closely with team members, the analyst will:
· Handle requests for information from clients and other  departments
· Build and maintain financial and macro market models
· Assist in the writing of publications
· Research and critically analyze market information in equity/commodity markets and economies around the world with a Pan-Asia focus
- Will be working on economic research/Equity reserach.

skills Required:
· Strong analytical skills
· Good understanding of accounting, finance, economics and/or statistics
· High level of computer literacy, with skills in Excel and the use of external databases, including Bloomberg, CEIC, Datastream, FactSet, Haver
· Concepts in database structure, experience in program writing in VBA and/or using statistical packages such as SAS, S-plus, MatLab are a plus
· Comfortable working with numbers, with good attention to details
· Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player
· Able to work under stress and handle multiple tasks
· Creative and entrepreneurial
· Interest in investments and the associated research processes
· Good Pedigree
