Company – A leading IB in India Role - AVP -   Accounts & Finance for Private Equity
Location- Mumbai
Minimum Exp:  Req- 5 + Yrs
 
Responsibilities:
 
1)  Accounts & Finance (both for onshore and offshore funds)
2)  MIS (both for onshore and offshore funds)
3) Taxation (both for onshore and offshore funds)
4) Legal & Compliance (both for onshore and offshore funds)
5) Investors Relationship (both for onshore and offshore funds)                                                               6) Fund raising
 

Key skills required
· Minimum experience of 5-7 Yrs Post Qualification into similar profile or financial services company.
· Good technical knowledge in Accounts, MIS ,legal & Compliance.
 
Minimum Qualification: CA, B.Com
Preferred Qualification: CS
