Job Description: (Describe all aspects of the job – Technical, Financial, Human Resource elements of the job starting from the core deliverables which the job is accountable for) Business Objective: Meeting the overall business goals and to take the business from current level of 348 crores or so to 472 crores during F 12 and meeting future goals as planned.Managing the top line & bottom line, cash and ROCE Product Line:To expand the existing range of products in a calibrated way to achieve the desired business objectives. New product identification and expand the lines Brand Management- Brand building, Sales promotion and BTL activities, etc. Channel Management: To expand the channel to cover all India market and strengthen the existing network. People Management: To build and sustain competent and top class management and operational teams capable of delivering present and future goals of the business.
Qualifications and Experience: MBA from Top ranking Business School & BE (Mechanical) from premier institution.Skills required: 15 + years experience inter alia in bazaar sales management with proven experience in business head role, preferably in automotive ancillary business. Proven track record as a business head Qualities of the candidate for the above job:Personal profile incl exp : Leadership, Initiative, communication and presentation, Flexibility, team work, perseverance, plan and organize, quality and Customer orientation, problem solving ability, Ability to work with Senior Management personnel of key stakeholder companies / Networking, decisiveness, cost consciousness TVS Way tenets essential : a) Professional Integrity – standing for the Trust b) Cost Optimization – standing for Value c) Service Delivery – standing for Service.
