Company Profile: India’s leading Express and integrated Logistics Service Provider Reporting Manager: Reports directly to the Director Job Location: Delhi Candidate Profile: • To drive quality initiatives in Finance and improve performance • To review business statistics and drive measures for excellence in business productivity • To liaise with consultants and auditors, and implement business processes • Identify key gaps and concern areas, provide business inputs, and execute agreed upon measures • To review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards. To review and analyze the effectiveness of the modifications made.
 Educational Background • Masters Degree in Finance from a top institution (preferred) • CA (preferred) Professional Experience 5-7 years of professional experience in financial environment Skills: • Sound in Oracle Financial applications (understanding of its design, its basic framework) • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral • Excellent Analytical Skills • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office • Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.
