Position (Designation) : Operations Manager - Region South (Bangalore) Qualification - MBA from a Premier B' School having sound exposure in Sales side in Retail Industry , FMCG, Consumer Durable, Telecom. (Retail Industry candidates are preferred for this role) Ideally the candidate should be 02-03 batch passed out with a well-rounded business orientation Key Result Areas Responsible for Top line and bottom-line. (Profit centre Head.) Having line as well as Staff functions reporting in · The incumbent of this position will be driving business, develop plans for ensuring business. · He / she should ensure the smooth operations of the business' efficiently · The person should Ensure service excellence · Manage costs ,capacity utilization and productivity · Man management issues – A big Team spread across the south · Financial responsibilities, control of costs and overall controls · Lead expansion and growth into new areas KEY COMPETENCIES: 1. Strong leadership abilities. 2. High Business orientation - an ability to understand business and deliver business. 3.
