An international consumer products organization headquartered in US with operations in over 70 countries across the globe. It has been making home care products for more than a hundred years and the international business of the company represents an estimated 60% of total sales. The firm has been rated several times as one of Fortune 100 companies known for the best employee practices. India is a strategic location in the APAC region and the company plans to expand its current portfolio of brands and products in the operations here by establishing a dedicated New Product Development Group based in Delhi.

    REQUIREMENT: RSM -LOCATION-ALL FOUR METROS-CTC UPTO 25LACS

    The ideal candidate would be an MBA with an overall experience of 8-10 years in the FMCG industry with experience in sales essential. The individual should have a prior experience in new product development, brand planning, budget management and use of market research data and methodologies. Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills are essential, as is a proven track record in project management.
