Should be good at PL/SQL Programming
Familiarity with Scripting Languages like PERL, SHELL would be a definative advantage
Should be well versed with Oracle 9i, 10G
Experience in Performance Tuning is a big plus

Good Academic Record
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts
