1. Works e.g. in a product/sw creation project.

2. Works according to the processes and the existing design instructions.

3. Solves engineering problems together with other team members.

4. Applies knowledge and experience to determine root cause.

5. Is responsible for a defined portion of a larger project.

6. Has specialist knowledge on a technical expert area.

7. Responds to customer requests in non-standard situations investigating all the facts.

Personal qualities and other skills:- 1. Ability to work as part of team and also drive research independently

2. Good networking and strong communication skills.

3. Strong analytical, design skills, excellent problem solving approach, ability to see the big picture and come up with alternate designs.

• Solves complex engineering problems of own technology area.

•      Coaches other team members in solving engineering problems.

• Typically participates in reviews of own or neighboring projects.
