Job Description:  As a key member of the Clinical Solutions vertical management team participate in formulation of the business plan and take responsibility to initiate, lead and manage product development and delivery as per the business planEnd to end project management, resource management to ensure adherence to timelines and develop risk mitigation plans.

Education: B. Tech from IIT/BITS with 16+ years of relevant experience, PMP preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for managing the entire SDLC process for software products and/or projects in Agile or Waterfall environment. In addition to managing the development team, responsible for working closely with the product management group, the architecture team, the QA team, the production support team, the customer support team and the client engagement team to ensure on-time delivery of superior quality products as per roadmap.

Responsible for continuously monitoring the overall progress of projects and having a risk assessment and mitigation plan in place for further communication to senior management team. Lead development team in requirements analysis, features scoping and backlog scheduling for multiple intermediate milestones until the final delivery Lead development team in accurately projecting efforts, resource requirements, risks, constraints in project management related activities

Responsible for training and mentoring of the development team and monitoring their performance throughout the project Responsible for keeping self and the development team updated on latest trends in tools & technologies

Desired Profile:  14+ years of experience in leading a team Should have 8+ years of Development experience in product software development as a Development Manager (Project management experience alone will not be a sufficient criterion)

Should be able to technically manage Product / Projects.

Should be able to manage team size of 50+ members Experience in developing/ participating in business strategy and planning for products will be an advantage Skills Excellent Communication skills Metrics collection and usage Project Management Process Knowledge and experience of managing Waterfall and/ or Agile development methodology
