The Role: The candidate will be working as a part of the Product development team and will be involved in the designing, testing and the rolling out of the products. The job will involve programming and building of software platforms based on mathematical models.

The Individual: To be part of the team, the individual should

• Have a very firm grip on programming in C sharp and Visual Basic

• Have strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication

• Have the ability to work under pressure – stringent product rollout deadlines and tough competition may demand extended working hours

• Should understand how a start-up works and be willing to be a part of it. (Have a passion for finance, accounting and having an understanding of statistical mathematics - especially probability distributions would be highly valued)
