AssuredGain is planning to recruit three management interns for growing and expanding our business in South Chennai.
Requirement: We need exceptional students or experienced professionals (completed or pursuing a management degree) with strong communication skills and analytical abilities. Interns should be self motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who can work with minimal guidance (i.e., no micromanagement needed). This could be a part/full time work opportunity.
Some of our work streams: Generating and pursue sales opportunities, playing a supporting role for sales and BD activities, Managing different activities related to specific client accounts, developing marketing strategy/material for the company, managing vendors on a day to day basis, market research to develop extensions to current service.
What do the interns get: - A great 'live' learning experience in management, business & entrepreneurship. - Build a strong network in various circles. - Compensation: Bonus + Commission of up to Rs. 17,000 per month (performance based) Fixed Stipend of between Rs. 3000- 4,500 per month
We are also open to interns joining our team as full time employees, depending on their performance and willingness.
