Database Marketing Effectiveness Job Description The engagements would involve designing and developing, drill down/deep dive analysis of data, campaigns, promotions, marketing vehicles from various databases as well as data related to brand tracking, media effectiveness, retail and marcom analytics Selected resources are expected to conceptualize the analytical methodology for business problems, provide strategic and operational data-based insights to business management group on a regular basis and achieve business impact. The selected candidates are also expected to manage communication rhythm with key stakeholders on regular basis. Skills requirement • Post graduate degree in Business Administration with Marketing Specialization • 3 to 6 years of experience in data analytics / research industry in strategic analysis of marketing data / information • Should be able to provide business insights based on the data/information analysis • Strong competency in Microsoft Office packages - Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Experience of working in outsourcing environment • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Excellent client management and project management skills • Exposure to working in global teams • Experience of working in team and good attitude towards team work • Inclination & experience towards report automation • Preferred to have SAS or SPSS skills • Prior experience in a Marketing Communications role is a plus • Prior experience in analysing marketing medium effectiveness role is a plus • Deep knowledge of test control methodologies is a plus Regards, Rampriya Drop in your resumes to
