Requirements:

1)Bech in Computer Science from a reputed school - MS/PhD is a plus.

2)Fluency in one or more of C, C++, Java.

3)Strong foundation in Networking protocols.

4)Good troubleshooting skills.

5)Server-side development skills in Linux.

6)Expertise in actionscript is a plus.

7)Understanding of realtime streaming protocols is a plus.

8)Basic expertise in Video Codecs is a plus.

9)Good Communication skills and ability to work with a global team
