Person should be able to

· Collect requirement: Elicit requirements using various techniques: (meetings, business process descriptions, use cases, research, understanding of current process/product
· Analyze requirements: Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, highlight /reconcile conflicting requirements, evaluate gaps in information, and effectively follow up to collect
· Decompose high-level information into details
· Abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
· Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans

· Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
· Review test cases and collaborate/advice the QA team with the test scenario build-up
· Interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts:
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
· Work independently to define concepts
· Be a strong team player
· Be a conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow; comfortable being a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
· Technical background / education is a definite plus
· Distinguish & elicit user requests from the underlying true needs: analytical skill, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
· Experience with SDLC methodology; Agile/scrum experience is a very high plus
· Experience working with off-shore teams/business
· Ability to estimate LOE is good-to-have

Other:

· Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
. Preference would be given to MBA candidates (fresh/1~2 years) with advertising industry background / exposure
· Relevant Experience : 5 years
