What Should you have:

1.  A strong interest in finance.

2.  A strong interest in a research career.

3.  Outstanding academic records in BA/BSc/BTech and Master’s levels from IITs, IIMs, ISIs, and DSE

4.  Excellent analytical and computing skills.

5.  Proficiency in the use of statistical packages such as C++, SAS, STATA, MatLab etc. is highly desirable.

6.  Proficiency in Econometrics is preferred

7.  1-3 years’ of experience is preferred
