- Excellent Written and oral communication Skills. If you have won awards for essay writing that would be a big plus.
- Internet savvy
Key Responsibilty Areas:
a) Create content to attract potential clients, recruiters & candidates. Development of website content.
b) Keep on creating electronic campaigns/contests like "Sabse bada recruiter", "India's Best Recruiter"
c) Develop content for recruiter training & certification.
d) Coordinate with 3rd party recruitment networks so that our positions are getting reflected in those networks.
e) Coordinate with potential Ad network who can bring us revenues from Ads
f) Develop a framework for us to post jobs across various different social networks/yahoo groups
g) Analyze the Google Analytic reports and come up with suggestions on activities to be done which can improve our rating
h) Create & Mange specific job boards for Startups, IT, Bangalore_Jobs
