Senior Member of Technical Staff, iLabs

Role and Responsibilities:

iLabs Engineering team is working on building the Next-generation Predictive Analytics Platform for Customer Lifecycle Management. We are looking for highly motivated and qualified software engineer to be a part of the talented & passionate group. You will be expected to lead the design and development of new product ideas and features from ground up.

You will be involved in building up high-performance, available & reliable platform products, and deploying them in distributed environments to enable predictive capabilities for businesses. You will work closely with Product Management, Professional Services & Analytics teams for defining and designing the product.

 Qualifications:

 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, education, experience and ability required.

 

* B.Tech/M.Tech. in Computer Science  (or equivalent) from premier institutes with minimum of 3 yrs of hands-on product development experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Solid CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design)
* Strong OOAD skills. Extensive hands-on experience in Java and J2EE technologies is a must.

* Experience in designing & developing high-performance, highly available and reliable systems in a complex, multi-tiered distributed environment (Service Oriented Architecture)

* Demonstrated ability to leverage open source tools to increase productivity.

* Experience with Oracle/MySQL, JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL is a must.

* Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle. Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.

* Knowledge of data mining algorithms is a plus.

* Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus. Experience with ETL & Reporting Frameworks is a plus.
* Must have excellent communication and analytical skills, and an ability to think out-of-the-box

* Self-motivation, passion & enthusiasm are absolute must!
