Experience: Freshers / 1-2 years of programming experience in any domain - preferably JAVA/Web technologies

Education: BE/M.Tech - Computer Science from any IIT Candidates should have some familiarity with one or more of the technologies listed below. This is an entry level position, so please do not shy away if you lack experience (interest is a must though).

1. Object Oriented JavaScript

2. Server Side JavaScript

3. Ajax / DHTML (ExtJs a plus)

4. Web Services (SOA) - SOAP / REST

5. Data Transport - Flat File / XML / JSON

6. Cloud Applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Magento, etc...

1. Exceptional problem solver - able to design sound (and simple whenever possible) solutions to complex problems, including the ability to work from scratch

2. Fast learner - ability to step in and develop working knowledge of a technology in a less than average amount of time

3. Self starter - motivation, work ethic and ambition to distinguish one's self are key

4. Business acumen - ability to think for one's self and make wise decisions without excessive hand-holding

5. Professionalism - ability to work directly with clients during installations, requirements gathering and troubleshooting

6. Genuine Interest in Technology - desire to be on the cutting edge of cloud-based technology

7. Genuine Interest in Business Applications - the enterprise software space is exciting, but vast. This is an entry level position and a great opportunity to learn the ropes of developing production systems hosted by cloud platforms (in a flexible friendly environment). We are a profitable start-up, there is no dress code, and after a probationary period you will have the freedom to work from home. There is no cap on the salary for the deserving candidates.
